Kids Co-Working

wBees Kids Co-Working Program was developed to help families who wish to stay enrolled at their school's remote learning program while still maintaining a safe and small learning environment outside of the home. In this unique time of need for our community, we are pivoting from a preschool co-working classroom to where parents worked in one room with preschool children next door to an upper elementary drop-off kids co-working program.

Our aim is to support each child as they develop the blueprint for their own learning. We envision a community where our certified head teacher is facilitating group circle times to build community, helping our students navigate their digital learning, and afternoons filled with project-based learning such as art, STEM, and outdoor time in our backyard.

We have a large bright classroom fitted for 8 desks, and space where students in small groups can take a mental break and do art, play with legos and construction materials, or read a book outside in the backyard. We have an adjoining classroom where we can accommodate a smaller group of younger siblings from pre-k to first grade. Our Kids Co-working location is at 163 Bayard Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and we have a large bathroom as well as a separate sink in the back classroom.

Enrolling: Students in 2nd - 5th grade (we have space to take 4 younger siblings in our next door classroom).
Time: 8:30 - 2:30pm
Tuition: M-F   $1250 a month / MTW $950 a month / ThF $700 a month
COVID response: Daily temperature checks, masks required for participation (mask breaks allowed), daily health check questions, remote-learning families are prioritized.
